Meet the Team

Bruce Souter

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

(BSc Chem, Pro Eng)
Bruce has over 20 years of project experience and has managed several large engineering projects ranging from R500 Mil - R1 Billion. He has also gained experience managing multiple small projects in the mining sector as well as managing several feasibility studies from pre-feasibility to bankable feasibility and taken some of these projects into execution. Bruce has the knowledge and experience to add value to a wide range of projects from both the project management side as well as the engineering side. Bruce has gained experience, working for several reputable EPCM companies including DRA, ADP, De Beers and Paterson & Cooke.

John van Besouw

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER & PROJECT MANAGER

(MSc Tech Man, BTech Mech, Pro Tech)
John has over 15 years experience working for project-based organizations most of his experience has been in the mining and mineral processing industry as well as with industrial building and facility construction projects. John has gained a wide range of skills from all aspects of the project life cycle, from conceptual design, detailed design, procurement, implementation, commissioning, and hand over. John has gained diverse experience in engineering design as well as project management , working for several reputable EPCM companies including DRA, GLPS, HiCalibre Engineering and Project Assignments.

Vincent Ridgard

SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER & PROJECT COORDINATOR

(BEng Chemical Engineering)
Vincent has over 7 years experience working for services, supplier and project-based organizations in the mining and mineral processing industry. Vincent has gained a wide range of skills from all aspects of the mining industry, including underground and surface water reticulation systems, OEM supplier services and project management, conceptual design, detailed design, implementation and commissioning. Vincent has gained diverse experience in engineering design as well as project management, working for several reputable OEM and EPCM companies including Multotec, Watercare Mining and Wood Plc.

Kyle Zietsman

ENGINEER

(Pr.Eng, BSc Chemical Engineering, Pro Eng, MBA)
Kyle has over 20 years of multinational experience in project development at all levels. Focusing on project management, process design and optimisation; Kyle has worked in many different fields such as Mining, Specialty Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Water, Food and Beverage industries. Gaining experience working for companies such as Bateman, Aspen, Distell, Proxa and Enviroserve. In his free time, you will find Kyle in the ocean pursuing his passion for open water swimming.

Luan van der Westhuizen

MECHANICAL ENGINEER & PROJECT COORDINATOR

(BEng Mechanical Engineering)
Luan has over 3 years of experience working for a services and project-based organization in the food and beverage industry and later moving into the mining industry. Luan has gained a wide range of skills from all aspects of the FMCC and Mining industry, including conceptual design, detailed design, implementation, project management and commissioning. Luan has gained diverse experience in engineering design as well as project management, working for reputable companies like MetaPipe.

Shayne Isaacs

JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

(Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
Shayne has over 2 years of experience working as a draughtsman for a consulting engineering company, working under disciplines such as HVAC, Fire Protection, Water Distribution, sewage and has also gained experience in working with disciplines such as civil, structural and electrical teams. Shayne also has lots of experience 2D and 3D modeling in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Solidworks and some experience using Navisworks. He is ready and willing to learn much and gain as much experience as possible so do not hesitate to ask him whatever you may need.
